🚙 Mahindra Bolero – Upper
When you see “Upper” in Bolero parts lists, it usually refers to the upper part of the steering, propeller shaft, or suspension assembly. In driveline or mechanical spare parts catalogs, terms like Upper/Lower are used to differentiate components such as:
Steering Yoke / Cross / Pinion Assembly
Upper Yoke / Upper Cross: Fits on the steering column or propeller shaft side that connects to the upper part of the universal joint.
Lower Yoke / Lower Cross: Connects at the chassis end or lower part of the shaft.
Propeller Shaft / Driveshaft Components
Some Bolero driveshafts have upper and lower yokes depending on position relative to gearbox or differential.
Suspension / Control Arms
Occasionally “Upper” refers to the upper control arm in the front suspension, but in Bolero catalogs, “Upper” more often refers to driveshaft / yoke assemblies.
